Our Summer programme for NYC is hosted at the the prestigious Peddie School which is one of the premier boarding schools in the United States, founded in 1864. Located in a beautiful 280 acre campus, Peddie manages to offer unrivalled facilities within a short distance of NYC and Philadelphia. Its sporting facilities include an 18 hole par-72 golf club, arts center, heated swimming pool, outdoor sports fields, tennis course and theatre. All of the residential facilities are conveniently located at the Peddie Campus. The accommodation consists of a number of comfortable houses offering twin-bedded and single suite style rooms with adjacent washroom. Each residence hall features a lounge, recreation room, bathroom facilities, vending machines, laundry facilities, security desks, telephone and cable television. Each hall has central air conditioning.  Each suite has a common area, small kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave and two full-size bathrooms. Each residence hall includes in-house laundry facilities with card-operated washers and dryers. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor of each residence hall. Guests need to bring their own laundry supplies. Cards are available for purchase for a discounted price.

At Peddie you will experience great variety of tasty and healthy food including breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

The nearby Newark's Liberty Airport is only about 45 minutes from Peddie and is easily accessible. New York's La Guardia and JFK airports are a little more than an hour from the school.

Our Summer Language Courses program enables international students ages 12 to 17 to improve their ability to speak English while experiencing the diversity of American culture first-hand. The program runs for two or four weeks with residential accommodation. Exciting, cultural and fun activities are provided during the weekdays and weekends with a variety of on-campus events and off-campus field trips.

Program includes:

•  English language program of 15 hours per week. Course levels, General English: false Beginner to Advanced
•  Optional sport options for an extra fee include tennis (6 hours per week) and golf (6 Hours per week)
•  Accommodation: comfortable houses offering twin and single rooms with air-conditioning and of comfortable houses offering twin-bedded and single suite style rooms with adjacent washroom and air-conditioning; full board from Monday to Friday and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays
•  3 off-campus activities per week: 2 full days and 1 half day
•  Weekly activity programme: supervised activities every afternoon and evening

•  Placement test

AGES: Programs are offered to students ages 12 to 17. No students under 12 are admitted on campus, unless in groups of 15 or more and supervised by a group leader of their own nationality.
