Access to Language Studies programs in Tampa Bay are hosted at one of the 15 largest universities in the US. This Doctoral Research University enrolls 30,000 students from all 50 states and over 100 countries.
The residence hall for international students is conveniently located across from the north end of the campus, offering a safe and well-balanced living environment. Students have 24-hour access to the Residence Life staff, and shuttles to class run all day long.
Dormitories feature fully furnished double rooms; four students share a full bathroom. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, basketball and sand volleyball courts, high-speed internet access, laundry facility, game room, a TV lounge, and 24-hour study lounge.
The on-campus cafeteria offers full board (19 meals per week).
CAMPUS FACILITIES: The Campus Recreation Center is a state-of-the-art facility with indoor racquetball, basketball and volleyball courts, tennis courts, swimming pools, weight machines and aerobic rooms. Students can enjoy classes in Yoga, Pilates, Spin, Kickboxing and even Belly dancing!
Canoe and Kayak rentals, flag football and Frisbee, a softball complex and a soccer stadium complete this exciting campus. An 18-hole championship golf course presents a challenging play with narrow fairways and raised greens. The library is the largest non-medical academic facility in Florida. A contemporary art museum collects and displays scholarly, contemporary work by artists such as Warhol and Mapplethorpe.
