Enjoy a winter vacation in January combining English instruction, home stay with an American family, fun-filled excursions, and a unique high school experience. This 2 or 3-week program provides English instruction at a well-known private high school, carefully selected host families and a secure, supervised environment for learning and enjoying the west coast of Florida.

VISA: Only a Tourism -B2 Visa or Visa Waiver is required.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Students have the option of being placed with carefully selected local host families in double occupancy and provided with full board. Residential accommodations are also available.

CLASSES: Qualified faculty implementing our Curriculum Guide teach 15 lessons per week. Two afternoons per week, students have the opportunity to participate in high school classes with American and International students, including computer lab, arts, drama, choir and sports. Interaction with American students during activities and special classes provide participants with opportunities to enhance their linguistic skills.

ACTIVITIES AND EXCURSIONS: Supervised afternoon activities are offered three ties a week. Visits include exciting tourist attractions and places of interest int he Tampa Bay area, including a free excursion to the famous Busch Gardens theme park.

OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS: For an additional fee, students can visit Disney World and Universal Islands of Adventure with transportation, supervision, tickets and an overnight stay in a quality hotel.

AGES: The Winter Vacation Study Program is offered to students ages 14 to 18. Students under 14 will be admitted only in groups of 15, supervised by a chaperone of their nationality.

DURATION: Packages are offered for 2 or 3 weeks. Arrival is on Sunday and departure is on Saturday.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Airport transfer is available.

Health insurance is required and we recommend that the students secure it before coming to the United States. Access To Language Studies offers coverage through Caremed.
