Important Notes: 

  • All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Minimum stay = 2 weeks
  • All individual enrollments will be charged an Application Fee of US $150 that is due upon enrollment. A deposit of US$300 is also due upon enrollment. Those fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please, read Cancellation and Refund Policies on page 2 of the Application Form. All tuition must be paid in full by June 1, 2017! Students participating in week 4 of the San Diego program from July 27 to July 31 will be charged a Supplemental Fee of $395 that includes hotel stay in Los Angeles with breakfast (4 nights), tickets to 2 theme parks, a Hollywood/Beverly Hills Tour and transportation between San Diego and Los Angeles.
  • The program includes:
  • English language program of 15 classes per week (except for weeks 4 and 5 in San Diego – see Schedule of Activities)
  • Accommodation: double and single rooms in units with air-conditioning; full board from Monday to Friday and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays (except for weeks 4 and 5 in San Diego; please, refer to the Schedule of Activities for a daily meal schedule at each center). Vouchers for additional meals are available starting at $7 a day.
  • Arrivals on Sundays, departures on Saturdays; additional fees will be charged for extra nights.
  • Weekly activity program: fully supervised on-campus activities every afternoon and evening
  • Minimum of 5 off-campus activities per week. Please, refer to the 2017 Schedule of Activities of each center for detailed information.
  • Optional off-campus activities are available for an additional cost from Monday to Friday. Please, check Optional Activity Form for dates and prices.
  • Placement test

      BOSTON – Logan International Airport:  $100 each way

      SAN DIEGO – San Diego International Airport: $50 each way; LAX: $200 each way.

IMMUNIZATION CERTIFICATE –Health Statement- MEDICAL RELEASE

Massachusetts and California state law require that international students be immunized against certain communicable diseases. All students must complete the IMMUNIZATION CERTIFICATE –Health Statement- MEDICAL RELEASE form and send it to Access to Language Studies before the start of your program. Students who do not complete this form will be required to get inoculations on first day at their own expense. The requirements shall not apply:

1) If you state in writing that the required immunizations would conflict with your religious belief

2) If you provide written certification from your physician that your health would be endangered by one or more of the immunizations (submit laboratory evidence of immunity to measles, mumps and rubella)

The host university/college has the right to refuse admitting on campus the student that refuses to provide proof of immunization.
