As we get closer to the start date of our Junior Summer Vacation Study Program, here are a few things to know about COVID-19 vaccination requirements before attending.
The CDC recommends making sure you are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines before traveling to another country, including receiving a booster shot when you are eligible. For help finding a vaccine near you in the United States, check out the Vaccines.gov website today.
Access to Language Studies and St. John’s University will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to attending our summer courses for the summer 2022 season.
The CDC and Access to Language Studies also recommend checking your destination’s COVID-19 guidelines prior to travel. Guidelines may include mask mandates, travel restrictions, vaccine requirements, proof of negative COVID-19 test, and more.
For more information on travel news and recommendations, visit COVID-19 Travel Health Notice to search for recommendations at your destination. Please also visit the International Travel webpage for requirements and recommendations if you will be traveling to the Junior Summer Vacation Study Program from outside of the country.
Access to Language Studies and St. John’s University are committed to providing a safe and fun learning environment for everyone in attendance and will take the necessary precautions in order to do so. We look forward to seeing you this summer for another amazing Junior Summer Vacation Study Program!
